Our common basis
In order to make your stay at the Moselhotel Sonnenuhr as pleasant as possible for you and our other guests, we ask you to observe the following rules.
Reception
The reception of the Moselhotel Sonnenuhr is manned at check-in and check-out times. If you have any questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact us at any time between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm.
The hotel chip
The hotel provides a chip for each room. You can use this chip to open the front door, your room, the bicycle garage and the fitness room. These chips must be returned to reception on departure.
Your room
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, the room and car park must be vacated by 11.00 am. Please do not throw sanitary towels and tampons in the toilets! There is a sanitary bag and a rubbish bin in each toilet.
Smoking ban
Our guests are entitled to a smoke-free room, which is why smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms. If it is nevertheless discovered that the guest has smoked in our hotel rooms, including the bathroom, we will charge 200 euros. Under certain circumstances, we may not be able to re-let the room in question immediately after the smoking ban has been disregarded, resulting in a vacancy.

We ask you to always take your hotel chip with you as soon as you leave the hotel.

A free WLAN internet connection is available to our guests.

Car park
The car parks are chargeable, 3 euros, garage 5 euros
Breakfast
Breakfast times are between 8.00 – 10.00 a.m., other times are possible but must be arranged in advance.
Drying room
A drying room and storage room for your textiles and hiking boots are available free of charge in the basement.
Bicycle garage
We have a free bike garage for your bikes and eBikes. You can open the brown garage door with your hotel chip at any time and charge your eBikes. In your own interest, always lock your bikes and the garage. If the garage is overloaded, please let us know, we have alternatives for you.
