If you are looking for a challenge on a mountain bike, the Moselle region is the place for you! The by the DIMB e.V. Certified “two-ski-tour Bernkastel to Trarbach” offers a challenging 32 kilometers and 1,100 climbing meters of pure cycling pleasure.

There are plenty of other trails that are well suited for mountain biking and that offer both challenging rises and downhill trails over interesting terrain. The Moselle is located between the low mountain ranges Hunsrück and Eifel. Here, by rule, challenging climbs for mountain bikers are to be expected.
